CLIENT WEDDING FLOWER IMAGES
Corky and Prince may use images of the wedding flowers (provided by the client's photographer or taken by Corky and Prince) on the Website. We will at your request, not feature any images of you and your guests if this is your preference.

We take care over the processes around looking after personal data collected from the Website and stored on our physical systems. Corky and Prince holds the following personal data of clients from the Contact Forum:

This data is used only to respond to your enquiry for Corky and Prince to provide wedding flowers services, and is accessed through 2 workstations, which are heavily password protected.
If you decide to book the wedding flowers services of Corky and Prince, these details are held within soft copy and sometimes hard copy contracts, as well as soft copy and hard copy wedding client documents. Soft copy contracts and day plans are safely stored within password protected office iMac, and backed up to an encrypted external hard drive.
An additional cloud copy of all documents is stored on GDPR compliant Dropbox.
SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY & USAGE
We adopt a safe and responsible Social Media Policy. While we may have official profiles on social media platforms, users are advised to verify the authenticity of such profiles before engaging with, or sharing information with such profiles. Users are advised to conduct themselves appropriately when engaging with us on social media.
DISPLAY OF IMAGES
We may display any photographs to promote Corky and Prince on the Corky and Prince website and blog, on social media, on wedding blogs, on wedding photography related websites, in advertising, brochures, magazine articles and other such material, providing that the images used are used lawfully and without damage to Corky and Prince’s client(s).
