Christmas wreath making was the first thing I offered when I set up my floristry business. It was such an obvious place to start as I absolutely love Christmas and for me, the joy comes from the preparations, particularly making my own decorations for the home.
Six years on, and we have run loads of workshops and taught hundreds of people the deeply satisfying art of wreath making. The workshops are now a fixed date in many clients winter diary, heralding the start of their Christmas, a precious few hours taken away from the day to day to do something mindful with loved ones or friends.
Now, there are loads of Christmas wreath workshops on offer in our corner of the Cotswolds and I love that - all those folks trying it for the first time, learning a new skill or spending time with their Mum or friends. So what makes our workshops different?
Quality & Abundance- A great Christmas wreath starts with beautiful greenery. So as well as the Christmas pine, there will be different varieties of eucalyptuses, berried ivy and hypericum berries, fragrant blue spruce and textured needle pine. Generous quantities of super foliage!
Make it yours - Each and ever wreath made at a Corky and Prince workshop is unique. It's something that attendees comment on ever time - just how different their wreath is from their neighbours. And that's because of the wide choice of dried flowers, seed heads, fruits, spices, and ribbons available for you to personalise your Christmas wreath to your own style.
Relaxed and fun atmosphere - Everyone is welcome at our workshops - we cater for all abilities and experience. For your elderly relative who's in a wheelchair or needs to stay seated, we make sure the table is set up for them and help is always on hand.
So please grab a friend or family member and book one of our Christmas wreath workshops this December. We're hosting them in Burford in the heart of the Cotswolds on Saturday 7th December 2024. Please contact Fi using this form to book your place.
